OUR MISSION
is to advocate for the health and safety of all citizens by working to hold government officials and industry accountable for the quality of our air, water and soil. To collect all facts about our environment and share that information with the citizens of St. John Parish. To aggressively advocate for the safety and future of the children of our parish and provide leadership in moving our community forward in all avenues that impact our daily lives.
OUR WORK IN ACTION

BECOME A MEMBER TODAY!
Here at Concerned Citizens Of St. John Parish, we are committed to a single goal: to make our Parish a better and safe place to live. Our mission is to raise awareness about the high levels of Chloroprene in the atmosphere surrounding the Denka/Dupont facility amongst other issues that have or may result from exposure. Explore our site to learn more about all that we’re doing to make a change. We are a private, non-profit organization dedicated to finding solutions to this potential health hazard. We welcome volunteers to help take on and overcome the challenges, while developing meaningful relationships with constituents of St. John the Baptist and surrounding Parishes.

FEATURED NEWS
The Concerned Citizens of St. John know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. We're here to lend a hand, offer assistance, and be a voice of reason for those who need it. Since the beginning of our Organization in 2016, we’ve worked hard to improve and shed light on the quality of the air we breathe in our Parish and the surrounding areas. Currently we are raising funds for our movement of awareness.
